From 1st May 2008, new Membership will run from 1st January until 31st December each year.  Members may change their renewal date by standing order, but PLEASE put this in writing or email to Head Office, NOT by telephone.

To register your veteran for life it is £20.00
However, should you wish to show them each year it is just £12.00 per year for a showing card and £10.00 per year for a dressage card.

We do require your Passport to overstamp as mark of registration to the Society.

Whilst we do recommend recorded delivery, we do ask that no specific time is put on the delivery. Our post is the last delivery of the day and rarely reaches us before 3pm

New design age badges are now £2.00 this slight increase is to cover cost of postage.

All VHS members who actively show their veterans, will now as a benefit to the Membership package receive Showing World bi-monthly.

Due to the high volume of renewals for 2007/8, we do ask that all Members renew by standing order. This will not only cut down on our growing administration costs, but will also automatically go through on your renewal date, without any worry to yourselves and your Membership Card will automatically be sent to you by post. A standing order form will be sent out in all new Membership packs and renewal forms, please help us to help you.

Please do not send in your renewals earlier than is necessary, if you are worried about renewing please complete a standing order form.

If you would like to join the Society, but wish to only support the welfare work, please visit www.veteran-horse-welfare.co.uk.ways recommend that you arrange recorded delivery with your application to and from the Society, as we can not take any responsibility for the postal service. Please add £3.00 to application stating you require this on your application.
