Due to the demand of horses needing homes, we often have duplicate names occurring so all horses appearing on the re-homing site will have a VHS registration number under their own details. where possible please quote this number when contacting the re-homing department

Forward going ride and good at gymkhana.
Likes hacking out. Is good in heavy traffic, but can be nervous around
skip lorries. Gets on with other horses in field but can dominate smaller
ponies. Good to catch and shoe but dislikes having mane pulled and being
clipped. Nunu is stabled at night Spring, Autumn and Winter, can live
out in Summer. Health profile: mild bout of laminitis Summer 06, we
now keep careful watch on weight and use grazing muzzle at times. |

Corah is retired. She has
a small heart murmur and the start of cushings disease but is on no
mediation for this. She is currently at a retirement home but her owner
can no longer pay her fee's. She is a gentle pony that needs a quiet

Domino has been a ridding school pony in the pass. He has not worked for 5 months but is capable of light hacking. He is quiet to ride and is a novice ride. He is not keen on heavy traffic. He is prone to laminitis and must be kept an eye on. He can live out or come in. A very easy pony looking for a new home. |

Jimmy

Jimmy is completely retired. He is a gentle quiet chap. He is easy to do. He lives out all year. He can be bullied by other horses so must go with something quiet. He has on occasions had mild colic for no reason, which resolves it’s self within two hour with no medication. He and his company of 22 years, Sher is being re-homed as the owner now lives abroad. Very Urgent company has died! |

Abbi is fully retired. She is an excellent companion to any other horse or pony and she is easy going and good to handle. She comes in at night, except in the summer, and has a feed all year round. She is not on any supplements. This pretty little mare is in urgent need of a new home due to owner being made redundant. |

Toffee is completely retired. She Lives out all year round. She is a good company to any horse. She has arthritis and is fed “no bute” when needed. She is good with children and enjoys being groomed. She can be strong on occasion when bringing her in for grooming/ farrier etc. Urgently looking for new home. |

She has had a mild attack of laminitis and needs restrictive grazing in the Spring. |

Rio has had a successful jumping career, even competing at Wembley. He has been fully retired for the last couple of year. He loves the attention his owners are no longer able to give him. He likes to live out (with a shelter) and has been diagnosed with Cushing's. He is on medication for this every other day. He is a real gentleman in every way.. |

Sophie is a very loving and kind pony. She is completely retired due to arthritis in her front knees and is fed two bute a day to ease this. Her vet feels that she has a good quality of life. She lives out all year with a rug in the winter. The riding school she is currently in can longer afford to keep her, so this little pony is looking for a very special carer to love her and a peaceful home to spend the rest of her days.
